How can I track my delivery?

Can I return online purchases?
Yes. Stock items can be returned within 28 days if in resalable condition. You are responsible for return shipping and costs. We recommend using a tracked service. Include your order number in the package.
Are there restocking charges?
Special orders or appliance orders may have up to 30% restocking fees from the manufacturer.
What if I received the wrong item?
We will arrange a replacement if an incorrect item is delivered.
What if an item is damaged on arrival?
Email us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging to process your claim.
What are your delivery charges?
- Free delivery on orders over £2000 (ex. VAT) to UK mainland
- Orders under £2000: £100 + VAT
- Wales & Scotland: £100
- Ireland: £150
- Europe: £395
- Deliveries are kerbside only and may arrive in separate shipments.
Can I split my payment?
Yes, use Klarna to pay in 3 instalments.
